Summary:
The primary role of Med Tech is to administer medications and provide direct care to residents.
Responsibilities:
Follow services outlined in each resident's service plan in a friendly and supportive manner.
This includes resident's medications in accordance with physician's orders and as stated on the medication Administration record for all residents.
Document completion of tasks delivered on a daily basis as well as any observed change of physical or mental condition.
Communicate with coworkers during shift change about any residents needs or wants.
Assists residents with any need they may have according to the care plan book including but not limited to, the following:
sponge bath; shower if necessary or as scheduled, dress or assist with dressing or undressing, grooming assistance, shaving if needed assisting with toileting and reminders as needed, assist resident with making bed if needed.
Removing trash if needed from resident's room.
Assisting with meals if needed including clearing plates.
Answer the call bells and take appropriate action.
Assisting residents with ambulation or transferring if needed Document, legibly and appropriate information Perform personal services for Residents as time will allow:
reading, writing letters, Etc.
Teach and encourage self-care whenever Possible.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
