00 per hour, based on experience!Position IntroSant is seeking a Full-Time Mobile Crisis Specialist to join our frontline crisis intervention team in Elkton, MD.
As a Mobile Crisis Specialist, you will make an unprecedented impact on your community by working directly with clients to address their needs, assist them in crisis situations, and design treatment plans.
This position will consist of evening shifts from 4:
00pm-12:
00am (Midnight).

What Youll Do Perform assessments and crisis intervention, including de-escalation and crisis planning.
Effectively communicate clients needs while making internal agency or community referrals.
Serve as a liaison for collaboration with families, friends, and local partners.
Educate individuals about mental health, substance abuse, available community resources, and the agencys services.
Complete documentation in an accurate and thorough manner.
What Youll Get Salary Range:
$18.
00-$22.
00 per hour (depending on licensure and experience).

What We Require Bachelors Degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related field of study and at least one (1) year professional experience.
Current licensure in the state of Maryland (LBSW) or eligibility to become licensed.
(Sant will assist with fees or licensure transfer) Valid drivers license and proof of current automobile insurance.
What We Value Masters Degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related field of study (MSW, MA, MS) and two (2) years related experience.
Current licensure in the state of Maryland (LMSW, LGPC, LCPC, or LCSW-C).
