50 an hour Clear Choice Pool Care is seeking entry-level pool care technicians to join our dedicated team of pool cleaning professionals.
As a Clear Choice Pool Tech, you will have the opportunity to work outdoors, ensure clean and safe swimming environments, and provide exceptional service to our valued weekly service customers.
This is an excellent entry-level position for candidates interested in gaining experience and advancing in the field of home services.
No prior experience in the pool care industry is required to apply as you will be working alongside our experienced pool care experts who will provide comprehensive training.
Responsibilities:
Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of residential and commercial pools.
Skim and remove debris from the water surface.
Vacuum and brush pool walls and floors to eliminate dirt and algae.
Test and balance water chemistry using professional-grade equipment.
Maintain and repair pool equipment such as pumps, filters, and heaters.
Identify and resolve pool-related issues, including leaks and equipment malfunctions.
Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, addressing their concerns and providing expert advice.
Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines while working with chemicals and operating equipment.
Complete detailed service reports and maintain accurate records of work performed.
Requirements:
Strong work ethic and a willingness to learn and develop new skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
Basic understanding of pool maintenance concepts is a plus, but not necessary.
Physical fitness to handle lifting and moving equipment.
